Kombuchaville is a sacred place,
There is never a 5 O'Clock in Kombuchaville
It's timeless
Kombucha and kefir are not fads, they have not been recently produced in a lab a few months ago, they won't be gone in a year or two when another fad comes to take their place. Kombucha and kefir have been around for hundreds and hundreds of years and they will be around for hundreds more. Real kombucha and real kefir are not cruel empty promises. They are miracles and we need to know about them and use them for our health and the health of our loved ones. You don't have to take my word for it, you can google "kombucha" or "kefir" This knowledge is not just mine, it belongs to the world. It is my karma to advocate and inform the benefits these miracles can bring and it is my pleasure to do so. It is my tragedy to be not be able to do a better job of it. I am not a businessman nor am I very ambitious but I am sincere about wanting to help you get these cultures into your life... .
Now; to make the experience of drinking kombucha tea an even better experience we must bottle, infuse and age it. It’s the only way to go and when you get it right you will only drink your kombucha this way. Corporations and their focus groups would call the improvement the “mouth feel” as the tiny bubbles and the infused flavor make the drink very pleasing. The commercial product known as Synergy is the best example of this and you can make your own kombucha tea that will not only compete with this product in terms of mouth feel and taste but your kombucha tea will have more of the health benefits you came to kombucha for. You will be able to control the flavor and the sugar content. You may not be as consistent as Synergy but then again it won’t cost you 4 bucks for 12 or 16 ounces, it will cost you just the price of tea and sugar and that comes out to virtually pennies
.It’s not hard or complicated to make, it’s fun and the kids can help make it. It will be a learning experience for them and they will then be more likely to drink it… Imagine your kids drinking a lightly sugared kombucha instead of soda pop.
